Now, I honestly have no idea why I shied away from overnight oats for so long. Perhaps I thought they were too good to be true?

“You’re telling me I can shake all of this in a jar and it’s gonna turn into a magical breakfast??”

That’s EXACTLY what I’m telling you!

It took a couple of tests to find the perfect balance of chocolate and sweetness.. I’ve finally achieved perfect equilibrium.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats gluten-free if necessary
  • 1/2 cup soy milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Scant 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • Scant 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs optional

Topped with

  • 1 Fresh Banana

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to an 8-oz mason jar
  • Screw lid on tightly and shake
  • Store overnight in the fridge
  • Shake once again in the morning
  • Grab a spoon and enjoy!

Notes

Keep these babes in the fridge until ready to eat. Consume within one week for best freshness and flavor.
