Easiest Vegan Corn Dog Bites Recipe (One Bowl!)

I used to love devouring a box of frozen corn dogs before going vegan. (Does that lend a glimpse into my white-trash upbringing? ????). Unfortunately, I found a serious lack of vegan corn dog recipes that were easy to follow. Well, call me the “King of Vegan Corn Dogs“, because my munchies ended up paying off big time!
You ever feel completely unmotivated to do anything other than stuff your face?
That has been me… for months. ????
Blame hormones, the mercury retrograde, whatever it may be: I wanted vegan junk food, and I wanted it fast.
I’m feeling better now, but for a while there I didn’t have the will-power to make anything more complicated than beans and rice. That gets old after a while!
Enter: The Easiest Vegan Corn Dog Recipe You’ve Ever Seen
First of all, let me clarify: I crave “junk” food, but I don’t want to feel like junk. Specifically, I can’t afford to give into my depressive indulgences.. First you’re having “one” spoonful of vegan ice cream, the next moment you’ve gone through the entire munchy-supply and now you’re crying. Wait.. Just me??
Thank goodness this babe is cholesterol and refined-sugar free with all the buttery flavor of a traditional corn dog.. Additionally, they’re also baked instead of fried! At this point you can practically count them as a serving of veggies.. practically 😉
In fact, this vegan corn dog recipe is almost too damn easy. Cameron and I have made them on a weekly basis since I started tinkering with a vegan corn dog recipe ????.
Do we regret it?
Hell to the no!
The buttery flavor that melts with every bite is completely worth the cleanup. Besides, this recipe is a “one-bowler”, so I don’t mind cleaning up this time at all.
“Oh don’t worry honey, I’m happy to clean the kitchen tonight*!”
(*tonight being the keyword (he’s bound to catch on to my “generosity” haha!))
