Dry Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour or more all-purpose
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 flax egg 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter unsalted

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F
  • Next, whisk all dry ingredients in a large bowl until semi-uniform

  • Mix your flax egg in a small bowl and set aside until thickened
  • Next, whisk all of your wet ingredients until a smooth consistency is achieved
