Spinach & Sesame Crackers Recipe (Review and Giveaway of The Veginner’s Cookbook!)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 loosely packed cups fresh spinach
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Wash the spinach and put it in a blender together with the water and blend until completely smooth
  • Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C
  • In a mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and whisk together. Then, add in the olive oil and water, and mix. Knead with your hand until it's a smooth dough. Add more flour if your dough is too sticky.
  • On a floured baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roll out the dough until as thin and even as possible. Use more flour if you need to.
  • Cut the dough with a pizza cutter into individual crackers.
  • Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes until they become crispy and golden brown.
