Ingredients
1/2cupwater
2loosely packed cups fresh spinach
1 2/3cupsall-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonolive oil
1tablespoonwhite sesame seeds
Instructions
Wash the spinach and put it in a blender together with the water and blend until completely smooth
Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C
In a mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and whisk together. Then, add in the olive oil and water, and mix. Knead with your hand until it's a smooth dough. Add more flour if your dough is too sticky.
On a floured baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roll out the dough until as thin and even as possible. Use more flour if you need to.
Cut the dough with a pizza cutter into individual crackers.
Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes until they become crispy and golden brown.
