50 Healthy Vegan Peanut Butter Recipes

50 vegan peanut butter dessert recipes! Includes a roundup of raw, gluten-free, sugar-free, and other healthy treat options!

Have you seen the documentary “Forks Over Knives”?

If you haven’t, go now! Don’t come back until you’ve seen the whole thing- it’s life changing!

That being said.. My version would have been “Spoons Over Knives”.

The reason?
I use 100x more spoons because of how often I’m eating PB straight from the jar 🤐

It might sound like a joke (because I’m naturally hilarious, ya know? 😉), but I’m dead serious.

  • No time for a snack? Spoonful of peanut butter
  • Hungry at midnight? Spoonful of peanut butter
  • Feeling hangry and ready to kill someone? Hold up.. let me get some peanut butter (before I make any rash decisions…)

That being said, I sometimes feel like changing things up and eat peanut butter as an ingredient (rather than a meal). Unite, fellow peanut-butter-holics! No one here will shame you for loving this near-perfect food

I have scrounged the web for the Top 50 Healthy Vegan Peanut Butter Recipes.. enough for every week of 2017!

1. Peanut Butter Oatmeal with Berry Chia Jam from The Endless Meal

Rather than a boring PB&J sandwich, mix things up with this vegan peanut butter and jam oatmeal! Kristen kicks the traditional flavors up a notch by incorporating them into this beautiful porridge. Even better, it has 14 grams of plant-based protein!

I have to admit, they don’t look that healthy, either! Rest assured, though, these babes are gluten-free, raw, paleo, refined-sugar-free, and (of course) vegan.

4. Peanut Butter Chocolate Overnight Oats from V Nutrition
